Katie and Steven "Shaggy" Shanahan are comic-making siblings from Toronto, Canada. Previous collaborative works include stories in "Explorer: The Lost Islands,"the 7th and 8th volumes of the "Flight" comic anthology series, and "Cautionary Fables and Fairy Tales."
Katie's drawn short stories for "The Anthology Project:Volume 2" and "Womanthology" and makes her living as a storyboard artist for animated tv shows. She's also the creator of the auto-bio humor strip "Shrub Monkeys" which Shaggy sometimes writes for.
Shaggy writes, makes videos, and audio plays ("Silly Kingdom" started as an audio play) and earns his keep as a graphic animator and editor.
"Silly Kingdom" is their first self published comic book.
